Commissioning us means the commissioner accepts all terms and conditions.

We do have the right to accept or to decline the commission.

WIP of any art commission may be streamed. Please ; mention if you do not want your commission to be streamed !

If you want your commission to stay private, please, inform us beforehand.

We will notice you when we start working on your commission.

Always feel free to ask for an update.

You have to pay 100% Payment before we start working on your commission.

Payments must be made within the 48 hours following the acceptance of your order.

Payment will be processed through VGen's payment system when the request is made through VGen's site.

If we did not start working on your commission, you can receive a full refund.

We will not refund any commission that has been started or completed.

We are expecting raw tracks exported as mono .wav compressed in a .zip file.

We won’t be accepting any already edited track for Vocal Editing commissions.

Cleaning is included in our services and must be done by us for Full Mix or Mix Only commissions.

We are asking you to provide us with the ON and OFF vocals. ONLY vocals are also very welcome.

Any overlapping lines must be separated before you send us your tracks.

We are allowing ourselves to ask you to retake some lines if we think it is necessary to do so for your cover to sound the best. You are allowed to refuse.

We would like you to name the files as shown here : “Commissioner_Song_Vocalist_Type of track”. Example : “Chachamei_Kiseki-Hikaru_Aelis_Main”.

We will send WIP after we finish working on each step of the vocal editing and mixing process. There will be many more WIP for mixing than vocal editing.

You may give us as much feedback as you want ; we will follow your lead at least for the artistic direction.

Please, make sure to include as many things you want in your feedback messages. We will properly read these.

Regarding feedback messages, timestamps are appreciated !

We expect to finish every project within a month and a half at most for the biggest projects.

If your project is for a special day, please, specify it in the order.

If your deadline is sooner than what we were expecting for the service you want, we will have to add rush fees.

If a deadline is not given, then we will give you an estimated time of delivery. We will still send as many updates as we would for a project with a deadline set in stone.

Base price only includes personal use.

Commercial use - including any content that will be monetized - will cost twice of the overall price.

Finished commissions might be added to our respective portfolios and posted as “sample”.

The final EDITED TRACKS, MIX and ACAPELLA will be sent as .wav through a Drive or Dropbox link.

You will have two weeks to download the final product.

Commissioners are responsible for downloading the final files within the timeframe provided.

We are, in any situation, not responsible for any files lost after the provided 2 week timeframe, nor can we guarantee the ability to re-upload them.

You are allowed and welcome to reupload the finished commission as long as you give us proper and clear credits.
